Grounds Maintenance / Property Services Worker

📍 Location: Greater Houston and surrounding Texas communities

⏱ Schedule: Varies by assignment, contract, and service schedule

 

Responsibilities:

​

✔ Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, vegetation control, and general grounds maintenance

 

✔ Assist with vacant-property mowing, overgrowth reduction, cleanup, brush removal, and related field assignments

 

✔ Follow property-specific instructions, deadlines, safety requirements, and documentation procedures

 

✔ Travel with the crew to job sites throughout Greater Houston and surrounding cities or towns, including same-day out-of-town assignments

 

Requirements:

 

✔ Dependable, punctual, and ready for work at the required time

✔ Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work for extended periods

​

✔ Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a crew

​

✔ Grounds, landscaping, cleanup, or general labor experience preferred, but not required for every opportunity

​

✔ Personal transportation is not required for every assignment.  When company transportation or crew pickup is arranged, employees must be dressed, prepared, and ready before the scheduled pickup time

 

✔ A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions or assignments, but is not required for every opportunity

 

✔ Background screening may be required depending on the position or client requirements
