Valiant Grounds & Facility Services is an owner-led commercial and public-sector property-services company serving Greater Houston and surrounding areas. We provide grounds maintenance, vacant-property care, cleanup and debris removal, and commercial janitorial support through recurring programs, one-time projects, and work-order assignments.
Our approach is built around clear scopes, responsive communication, dependable field execution, and the documentation clients need to manage their properties and confirm completed work.
OUR STORY
A Practical Partner for Property Maintenance
Valiant Grounds & Facility Services was developed from hands-on experience managing both the field and administrative sides of service-based operations. That experience includes coordinating crews, schedules, payroll, insurance, compliance, procurement requirements, vendor documentation, and client expectations.
That background shaped the way VGFS operates today: understand the assignment, define the scope, coordinate the resources, complete the work, and provide clients with the communication and documentation needed to manage their properties effectively.

Valiant is led by Sherman, a Houston-area business and operations professional with experience across field operations, workforce coordination, payroll, compliance, scheduling, procurement, insurance, vendor requirements, and client service.
His experience progressed from field-level responsibilities into executive and administrative leadership, providing firsthand perspective on both what crews need to execute the work and what clients need to manage contracts, properties, and service providers effectively.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and is currently pursuing an MBA.
